Pick a class in Momence

Virtual classes are labels as "Online" and are $7

Once you sign up and purchase your class, an email will be sent to you with a link to your class.

Find a cozy spot in your space with plenty of room to move around.

It can be helpful to have a yoga block or two, yoga strap,

 a bath towel or a pillow depending on your class.

Your instructor will not be watching you practice, 

and no one else in the zoom class will see you either.

If you cannot attend the class while it is being live steamed, as long as you sign up, 

a link to the recording will be automatically sent to you after class.
