This seated class is perfect for anyone that may have a difficult time getting up and down off the floor due to surgery, vertigo, blood pressure, arthritis or more. It is also a great class to learn yoga you can do in your office chair at work!

New to Yoga or coming back to yoga after a while? Twisted Beginnings is a good place to start. More details about the poses, more time to adjust and more opportunity to ask questions.
Workshop style Vinyasa Flow class for all levels, with some knowledge of yoga recommended. Each month we will highlight a new peak pose that we'll work on each week to build up to your individual personal best. Each flow prepares the body for the Peak Pose, with workshop style assists and hands on adjustments. After the Peak Pose, we move to Yin Yoga for rest and recovery until Shavasana."
From active Beginners to moderate level students, this is usually a flow or Hatha based class for any active student that can get up and down off the floor. Modifications are offered and you are welcome to take the postures further if that is in your practice.

First Friday of the month end your work week with Grace as she leads you through a fun BYOB yoga class. Great chance to unwind and meet new like minded stressed out people turned blissed out friends!
This class relates specifically to the works of Joseph H. Pilates and will focus on understanding the movements and the positive changes that results from regular practice. We will be using thicker mats than a Yoga mat. If you have one please bring one in.

If you are looking for more of a challenge, we offer a range of Intermediate Yoga, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga and Specialty Workshops.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
We have unique hand made jewelry, eclectic art from local artists, essential oil lotions and potions, candles from Sarasota Candle Company and hand tailored clothing from local designers.
We also carry some snarky and twisted soaps, bath bombs and lip balms that are sure to be a hit at the next book club or adult birthday brunch!
And of course... we carry all the usual yoga items: tank tops, mats, bolsters, blankets, custom yoga bags, and more. Come in early for class, or stay a few minutes after to shop!
