Heated classes allow the muscles to relax quicker, allowing for a deeper stretch with less chance of injury. Burn calories while you stretch and strengthen!

This seated class is perfect for anyone that may have a difficult time getting up and down off the floor due to surgery, vertigo, blood pressure, arthritis or more. It is also a great class to learn yoga you can do in your office chair at work!
This class is 45 minutes and is $10

Entry level yoga class for any level, with poses geared toward calming and relaxing your mind, body and breath. Many of the poses are on the floor, and may use props such as blankets, blocks and straps.

From active Beginners to moderate level students, this is usually a flow or Hatha based class for any active student that can get up and down off the floor. Modifications are offered and you are welcome to take the postures further if that is in your practice.

Wine Down Yoga
Check the schedule for a fun twist and sip style gathering. You don't have to come solo, this can also be a great class for a date night or girls night out.
BASI Mat Pilates
This class relates specifically to the works of Joseph H. Pilates and will focus on understanding the movements and the positive changes that results from regular practice. We will be using thicker mats than a Yoga mat. If you have one please bring one in.

Fresh Air Flow classes are a hybrid of indoor and outdoor options, we open the garage doors (unless it is raining) and enjoy the fresh air while we flow through yoga postures.

Our famous Full Moon Yoga classes are held in the yoga garden during the cooler months and in the Summer we switch to Glow in the Dark Yoga indoors!
